Bowral Town Hall
Built in 1890 in the Victorian Imperial style, this town hall stands next to the police station and served as the town hall of Bowral's municipality. Bowral had established itself as a municipality four years earlier in 1886, then covering 1,600 acres and home to a population of around 1,000.

Old Bowral Courthouse
Built in 1896 on Wingecarribee Street beside the police station, the courthouse was among the civic buildings raised as Bowral grew from a private village into a municipality after the railway arrived in 1867. It reflects the town's rising administrative status in the late 19th century.

Bowral railway station
Opened in 1867 on the Main Southern railway line, this heritage-listed station has served Bowral in the Southern Highlands for over 150 years. Sitting at 673 metres elevation with two side platforms, it remains an active stop for Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink regional services today.

Bradman Museum & International Cricket Hall of Fame
Opened in 1989 beside Bradman Oval, this museum honours cricketing legend Sir Donald Bradman, who played his early games here and whose ashes were scattered on the ground. Expanded in 2010 as the International Cricket Hall of Fame, it remains Australia's only museum devoted chiefly to one individual.

Bradman Oval
Cricket has been played here since 1893, and a young Don Bradman first batted on this ground at age 12. Renamed Bradman Oval in his honour in 1947, it was added to the NSW State Heritage Register in 2000 and now adjoins the Bradman Museum and International Cricket Hall of Fame.

Birthplace of Mary Poppins
Bowral claims Mary Poppins as its own: author Helen Lyndon Goff, later P.L. Travers, spent her childhood and teenage years here, her family living in a Holly Street cottage from 1907 to 1917. Sculptor Tanya Bartlett's life-size bronze of the flying nanny was unveiled in Glebe Park on 8 December 2013.

Bowral General Cemetery
Set on Kangaloon Road and managed by Wingecarribee Shire Council, this cemetery serves Bowral with denominational sections including a designated Anglican area. It is a recognised Commonwealth war grave site, containing six identified casualties of the two World Wars whose graves are maintained by the CWGC.

Kurkulla
Built in the early 1880s for widow Lucy Berthon, this house later hosted a boys' boarding school before Sydney merchant William Evans bought it in 1909 for his sister Ada Evans, the first woman admitted to the NSW Bar. She lived here until 1947, and the adjacent Evans Lane bears her name.
