1Brundah
Built in 1908 for local auctioneer and estate agent Roy Lang at a cost of £556, Brundah is a Federation-style timber residence noted for its encircling verandahs and multi-gabled iron roof. Widely regarded as Ballina's finest domestic architecture, it was added to the NSW State Heritage Register in 1999.
2Ballina Naval & Maritime Museum
Established in 1983 by Roy Kilner, this museum preserves one of the three Las Balsas rafts, towed into Ballina in 1973 after sailing from Ecuador on a voyage nearly twice the length of the 1947 Kon-Tiki expedition. It also holds Australia's largest naval and merchant ship-model collection.
3East Ballina Cemetery
Set on cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean about two miles from Ballina and just north of the East Ballina Lighthouse, this general cemetery holds more than 6,800 recorded inscriptions. It includes a Commonwealth War Graves Commission plot commemorating a Second World War serviceman.
