The Saddlery
This Georgian building began as a licensed inn run by William Doyle from 1844 to 1850. Saddler Alexander Clarke acquired it in 1852 and built the two-storey brick shop in the 1860s, working it as a saddlery. Bushranger Frank Gardiner worked for Clarke here briefly. A private home since 1915, it was heritage-listed in 1999.

Old Rectory, Carcoar
Designed by noted colonial architect Edmund Blacket and built in 1849, this Gothic-style rectory of seventeen rooms served St Paul's Anglican Church, doubling as a school to boost the rector's income. Now a private home, it was added to the NSW State Heritage Register in 1999.

Carcoar railway station
Built in 1886-87, this Type 4 station in standard roadside design opened in 1888 when the line reached Carcoar. Now disused, its building and station master's residence survive with only minor changes, and the complex was added to the NSW State Heritage Register in 1999 as a rare, intact Victorian station group.
